The Famous Five - Five Go Adventuring Again
This is the second book in the Famous Five series, and it’s packed with mystery, adventure, and teamwork! Julian, Dick, Anne, George (who’s actually Georgina), and their loyal dog Timmy spend the holidays at Kirrin Cottage. But things get strange when a new tutor, Mr. Roland, arrives—and George doesn’t trust him at all.
A secret map goes missing, and the kids start investigating. I loved the part where they discovered a hidden passage in the house—it made me want to search my own house for one! George is super brave, and Timmy is the best dog ever. I really enjoyed how the five of them used their cleverness and courage to solve the mystery.
What I learned:
Trust your instincts. George knew something was wrong, even when others didn’t believe her.
Bravery means doing the right thing, even when it’s risky.
Teamwork makes a big difference. Each person brought their own strength to solve the case.

If you like secret codes, shady adults, and brave kids, this book is a must-read. I give it 5 stars—it made me want to have my own adventure!
